How eMagiz enables Monitoring & Alerting
eMagiz collects monitoring and operational data in the form of logs, statistics and events, providing a unified view of your integration landscape, both in the cloud and on local servers.
During the manage phase, you can use monitoring & alerting capabilities to detect anomalous behavior, set notifications, view logs and metrics, take automated actions and investigate incidents. In this phase, real-time metrics and logs are available for all environments, including:
- Errors and exceptions: All errors and exceptions noted at the integration level are easily readable and searchable with information about what, when and where it happened.
- Logs: All infrastructure, application and integration level logs are easily readable and searchable. These are categorized at different levels, such as informational, alerts and exceptions. No need to access and log into underlying infrastructures to get the latest logs.
- Runtime Statistics: Statistics on CPU, memory and thread usage for instant insight into the operational health of all integration components.
- Integration Statistics: This includes integration-level statistics on active and historical data usage in message queues, APIs and event topics. This gives you accurate insight into how much data and when data streams are being processed in your landscape.
- Cloud, On-premises and Infrastructure Statistics: These are statistics and measurements at the server and cloud level about CPU, memory, storage, and infrastructure. This way you have accurate insight into the operational health of your server and cloud landscape.
All monitoring data is recorded as events in the platform.
